Our vehicles often support key processes of our customers’ organisations. We understand that the reliability of the solution is of utmost importance. That is why we provide you with all the necessary maintenance know how and offer extensive online support.
Most mechanical and technical support can be performed by a member of your own technical/maintenance department, provided he or she has completed our Mechanical maintenance training successfully. He or she then becomes a certified Ŝharko mechanical maintenance engineer.
All necessary spare parts can be ordered from us. We strongly advise you to set up a “First-aid” kit with some critical wear components. This to reduce downtime of a vehicle while waiting for parts.
